I understand that on occasion, a service may require a small adjustment. All services are non-refundable, however I’m happy to offer an adjustment when appropriate. Adjustment appointments must be requested within 96 hours of the original service and are limited to refining what was discussed during the initial consultation. Adjustments are not applicable if another stylist has worked on your hair, your hair has been exposed to additonal chemicals, at-home alterations were attempted or the recommended aftercare instructions were not followed.*
