I consent to the True Colors Arts Festival's Media Release Terms set forth below
LICENSE AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR VIDEO APPEARANCE, INTERVIEW, AND PHOTOGRAPH I hereby irrevocably and unconditionally grant The Gifted and Purposed Alliance, Inc., a New York not-for-profit corporation, and its affiliates, the royalty-free exclusive worldwide right and license to use, all or any part of all videotaped, filmed, photographed or transcribed (whether voice recorded or written) interviews of me, performances by me, and/or other material featuring me or my likeness (collectively, the “Licensed Material”) now or hereafter created by the Corporation or an affiliate of the corporation, in connection with any funding application, fundraiser, promotional and/or outreach materials, educational opportunities, articles, workshops or other programming, in each case, whether on the Internet or in any other medium (including, without limitation, motion picture, radio or television program, audio or video recording, live or slide presentation, computer software product, CD-ROM, or streaming audio/video segment) (each, a “Medium”). The Corporation may sell, lease, license, make available, dispose of or otherwise transfer all or any part of the Licensed Material to its funders, clients, affiliates, independent contractors, and to others having a contractual relationship with the Corporation. The Corporation may also edit any Licensed Material as it sees fit. The Corporation shall have all right, title and interest in the Licensed Material, and I shall have no right to compensation or royalty for the Licensed Material. I hereby irrevocably waive any “moral” or other rights of authorship in the Licensed Material which may accrue under the laws of any jurisdiction. To the extent that I create, edit, or develop any portion of the Licensed Materials and such portion is not a “work made for hire,” I hereby irrevocably and unconditionally assign to the Corporation all of my right, title and interest in and to such Licensed Material. The rights and license granted to the Corporation are perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, unconditional, transferable, and include the use of the Licensed Material in any Medium (all or part of the Licensed Material may be shown), whether now in existence or later discovered. I will not bring suit in law or equity against the Corporation, any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, or any other person or entity on the grounds of libel, slander, or invasion of privacy with regard to the Licensed Material or their use by the Corporation or such other person or entity. I further release the Corporation from any liability for personal injury or property damage which may occur during the filming, taping or taking of the Licensed Material or my travel to and from the location of such filming, taping, photographing or interviewing.
