LDV will confirm your membership via email.
By joining the LDV wine club you agree to the following terms of agreement.

- Must activate your membership with your first 12 bottles and completion of this application to receive wine club discounts.

- Wines selected by winemaker.

- Your credit card on file will be automatically billed twice per year for wine club packages (spring & fall). Notification when the wine will be charged and available for delivery or pick up will be provided via email at least 30 days prior to charging.

- To cancel your wine club membership (after meeting two package commitment), submit a request in writing to info@LDVWinery.com or written notice at least 30 days in advance of wine club billing. We cannot cancel your membership once a wine club billing is in process.
