On-Site Professional Service Fee:

Standard On-Site Visit
- $300 + GST for the first 1 hour ($250 Onsite-fee 1st hour + $50 call out fee. Most issue fix within 1 hour.)
- Installation, configuration, hardware troubleshooting.
Emergency On-Site Visit (Same Day)
- $450 + GST for the first 1 hour
- Urgent on-site visits to prevent or minimize downtime.
For issues that will take more than one hour, charging is for $150 + GST per hour. We will inform upfront when on-site.

NOTE: Additional fee will be incured if there is a need for us to provide/replace additional hardware.
