Please make sure to remove all equipment from the kayaks such as seats, paddles and life jackets. We only store the kayak or bike. We can not be held responsible for lost items not affixed to the equipment being stored.

Terms & Conditions

I hereby agree that I will be storing my equipment at (Cruise Fish Dive, Inc.) 10461 Southland Dr Bonita Springs FL 34135. CFD is not responsible for any items left in or on the storage equipment and I am responsible for securing renters insurance in the event there is a loss of my property.

I will assume all risk of loss, damage, or injury with use of my property and will not hold CFD responsible in the event there is a loss or its owners, employees or agents. As stated above there will be no claims for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the undersigned or by any person authorized to use these stored equipment. I understand if my property is left at CFD for a period of 3 days without payment, I give the right to CFD to remove my property which may be sold or discarded. I also understand I will be charged in full for the use of rental space up until the time it is removed plus any late fess which will be charged at the state maximum for Florida.

All payments require State of Florida 6.5% tax paid and all fees (credit card 5%) are due at the time of agreement completion.

No refunds either in full or prorated for storage fees paid. A late fee will be charged every month that rent is late when renewall is due in the amount of $75.00.

I understand upon submitting this form if there is a refund issued for any reason a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the total.*
