2022-2023 Non-English Speaking Program (NESP) Grant Application Submission
Indiana's NESP grant is intended to support English learners (ELs) in Indiana schools through instruction, professional development, EL-specific materials and technology, assessment, and family involvement. These funds can help satisfy Office of Civil Rights requirements to provide a language instruction program to English learner students. All Indiana public school districts and charter schools are eligible to apply for NESP funding, provided they generated an allocation.
*NOTE: NESP funds may not be used to pay for grant administration or indirect costs, or food-related items.
The 2022-2023 NESP grant will be completed within via the NESP Application Excel file, then uploaded and submitted within this Jotform. Both the application file and the LEA allocations can be found on the IDOE NESP webpage.
