This summer, we're opening up participation as Digital Apprentices in the Creative Leadership Academy (CLA) to high school students including graduating seniors. The CLA is made up of Creative Mentors, Digital Docents and Digital Apprentices, and provides professional level training and employment opportunities to creative youth. High school students will be able to join our college-aged youth as they participate in content ideation and creation with top creative and technology professionals as they build employability skills and digtal portfolios. Past partners have included Verizon Media, frog Design, Butler and Wunderman Thompson.
Digital Apprentices may also become eligible for additional internship and employment opportunities with E4 Youth as Creative Mentors, Digital Docents with our broad range of partners throughout education, creative media and technology.
Earn a $250 cash gift card as you train with industry professionals and qualify for employment with E4 Youth and our partners. Based on demonstrated need, E4 Youth may also be able to provide assistance with internet access and laptops to program participants as well.

The 2023 Summer CLA runs from Monday, June 12th - Friday, July 21st.
Summer Digital Apprentices will be required to attend all meetings and work a total of 10 hours per week. Four (4) hours at the General CLA & Team Meeting, one (1) hour at the WOW/Content Creation meeting, and five (5) hours working remotely to create content for WOW or partner projects. Summer Digital Apprentices will earn a $250 stipend at the completion of the six (6) weeks. Below is a breakdown of the 10 hours.
