I hereby authorize the verification of all references given. I acknowledge that I will pay a "NON_REFUNDABLE" $35.00 application fee per person over 18 that will reside in the property/unit applied for. I acknowledge my "Completed" application is only valid for 90 days from the day submitted. I understand that it is my (each applicant) responsibility to submit "ALL" of the required documents, pictures, 1 Months worth of pay stubs, and any applicable information in this application. I acknowledge that a notarized letter will be required if there are any felony convictions and/or police contact on your background check(s) that you believe to be falsely connected to your back round check. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility as the Applicant(s) to submit a notarized letter explaining the event(s) listed on their background check(s). I ACKNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTAND THAT ANY APPLICATION SUBMITTED WITH OUT "ALL" REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND ANY FALSE INFORMATION THAT IS PROVIDED WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DENIED.
