This meet is open to all high school (current and class of 2025) students from MCPS and across Maryland, DC, Virginia and West Virginia.

Doors open/registration/equipment check: 7:30 AM Weigh-ins begin: 8:00 AM Lifting begins: 10:00 AM
Session 2: Mid-Day
Registration/equipment check: 1:00 PM Weigh-ins begin: 1:30 PM Lifting begins: 3:30 PM
Session 3: Late-Day
Registration/equipment check: 4:00 PM Weigh-ins begin: 4:30 PM Lifting begins: 6:30 PM
