2025 Winchester Greek Festival Vendor Agreement
Saturday, August 16th: 11AM-6PM & Sunday, August 17th: 12PM-4PM
By signing below and paying the vendor fee to reserve your spot, you agree to the following:
- Vendors will pay a $200.00 vendor fee per spot
- This signed agreement and fee must be received by August 1,2025. Fee can be paid by check or credit card.
- Vendor spots will be assigned at a later date.
- All spots are approximately 10'x20'. All spots will be marked. If you need a bigger spot please purchase a second spot.
- Power, tables, chairs and canopies are not available for vendors from the church. Vendors must supply their own.
- The church is not responsible for vendor's merchandise.
- Vendors must carry general liability insurance.
- At this moment we are unable to accept food and beverage vendors.
- The Dormition of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church reserves the right to cancel a vendor spot at anytime with or without notice.
