REHEARSAL SPACE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
AMPED will provide time slots for individuals 18 years and older that wish to rehearse in our band room or perform/rehearse in the Showcase Venue. All rehearsal times must be pre-paid. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of reserved space and time. Rehearsal space rental fees may be paid in person at AMPED during regular business hours or over the phone with a VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card.
AMPED reserves the right to deny entrance to our facilities at our discretion. It is required that rehearsal spaces be reserved to ensure availability prior to arrival. To schedule a rehearsal time, please call us at 661-729-2673.
RESCHEDULING
We require a minimum 24 hour notice for rescheduling.
CANCELLATIONS LATER THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE RESERVED TIME WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR RESCHEDULED.
EQUIPMENT PROVIDED
Equipment: For bands renting the Band Room and The Showcase Venue, AMPED will provide the following equipment at no additional cost:
-P.A. System w/4 vocal mics, mixer w/pre-amp and equalizer.
-Complete drum set w/kick, snare, 2 small toms and 1 floor tom, 1-ride cymbal, 1-crash cymbal and high-hat cymbals, throne and hardware (Bands must provide own drumsticks)
-2-guitar amps
- 1 - Bass amp
- XLR & speaker cables (Bands must provide own instrument cables.)
Damages & Responsibilities:
AMPED is not responsible for any damages sustained during the hourly term of use of our facilities, including but not limited to personal damages, equipment damages and property damages. Any damages are the sole responsibility of the individual or individuals present during their assigned time. Should any parties damage AMPED property and/or equipment, charges will be billed to the individual or individuals to compensate for repairs or replacement of necessary equipment, property or studio space.
Registration:
AMPED requires all individuals on our premises to fill out a registration form for future contact or in case of an emergency. Forms are to be completed upon arrival. Any individuals that refuse to complete our registration forms will be denied access to our studios.
Conduct:
AMPED is a private music school that provides music lessons to minors. Excessive cussing, vulgar language and inappropriate gestures and/or actions will result in expulsion from our studios for the day. Should individuals using our facilities be asked to leave, they may be banned in the future from using our facilities altogether. The band room is monitored and recorded via closed circuit tv camera at all times.
Drug, Alcohol & Tobacco Policy:
AMPED is a drug and alcohol-free establishment. Persons found to have illegal substances or alcohol on their person will be banned from our facilities. Persons under the influence or suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or other drugs upon arrival will be asked to leave our facilities for the day. NO EXCEPTIONS. Smoking of any tobacco or Vapor products is also prohibited.
