The emergency evacuation assembly area is located in the front carpark diagonally across from the Village Office and the Village Emergency Procedure is attached to the back of the door in your room.

The Gym is located at the end of the main pathway in front of the Dining Room and we request that all
residents use a towel when using the gyms facilities and equipment. Please note you must sign the
Gymnasium Indemnity form located at the village office before using the facilities.
The Laundry bag is provided for use in your room (do not take it with you when you leave camp). Laundry facilities are provided in each residential section of the Village and Laundry Powder is provided within the facilities. The Laundry Powder is to be placed on the clothes, not in the middle of the machines stem. Please do not leave clothing in the washing machines or dryers as no responsibility will be taken for missing or damaged items.
Please be advised that the use of double adaptors, bar heaters, immersion heater are prohibited within the residential areas of the Village
Maintenance request forms are available from the Dining Room and Village Office.
Our cleaning staff will clean your rooms once a week, included new bedding, new towels, soap and toilet paper. Please return all glasses, cups and cutlery to Dining Room daily. It would be appreciated that your room is kept clean and tidy. If it is found that your personal belongings are obstructing the cleaners performing, your room will not be serviced.

GUESTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
All guests with special needs are requested to notify Village management on making your reservation or on check-in. Special needs may include disabilities, medical, allergies, dietary, special access requirements. The Village team will endeavour to make arrangements to cater for your requirements.
WATER USAGE
Please conserve water and use water responsibly.
NOISE RESTRICTION
All residents are required to keep the noise down to a minimum level after 8.00 pm and absolutely NO noise after 9.30 pm. There will be NO gatherings in common areas or in breezeways after 9.30 pm. "PLEASE CONSIDER OTHER RESIDENTS". Failure to do so could result in your accommodation being withdrawn.
DINING ROOM
Strictly NO hot food is to be taken out in take away containers as this is against health regulations.
Dress standard is to be neat and clean, no muddy/dirty boots, no singlets
No Gym Gear is to be worn in the dining room.
No singlets are to be worn.
CLUB HOUSE (WET MESS)
Strictly NO BYO allowed in the mess.
Aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Consumption of alcohol is allowed in the Village, however it is expected that all residents drink responsibly.
SMOKING
Under government workplace health and safety regulations, smoking is prohibited in all buildings including accommodation and dining room. Smoking is not permitted in the breezeways, please use the designated smoking areas provided.
DO NOT throw cigarette butts on the ground, Butt bins are provided in all aisle.
CONSIDERATION FOR OTHER RESIDENTS
Please keep in mind that we all need to consider other residents in the Village.
There shall be ABSOLUTELY NO noise after 9.30 pm.
Due to the nature of our work, there will be people sleeping in camp at all times
IMMEDIATE REMOVAL FROM THE VILLAGE
Fighting, threatening or abusive behaviour will result in immediate removal from the village.
Possession of illegal substances, fire arms and weapons will result in being reported to the authorities and immediate removal from the village.
Any form of criminal activity or behaviour will result in being reported to the authorities and immediate removal from the village.
The vandalism or misuse of emergency response equipment (fire extinguishers, smoke alarms etc…) will result in immediate removal from the village and in some cases legal prosecution.
The wilful destruction of Village property will result in immediate removal from the village and in some cases legal prosecution.
SPEED LIMITS AND PARKING
The speed limit on entering and exiting the Village is 40 km p/h and on site is 10 km p/h. The road surrounding camp is one way.
Be aware that all the Village car parks are for residents and all are for reverse parking only.
BREATH-ANALYSER
There is a self-testing alcohol breath analyser located in laundry 1.

Keys are to be returned and dropped in the Key Drop Box at the Village Office and sign the “Sign-Out Sheet”.
