MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Krishna Mooroogen (aka Jon Bender), the photographer, to photograph myself and/or my spouse and/or underage children. I hereby grant and understand that Krishna Mooroogen (aka Jon Bender) may use my images (but not limited too) social media/advertisement/exhibitions/public spaces etc. I understand that unless notified otherwise there is no compensation for the use of images

COPYRIGHT & POLICIES: I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Krishna Mooroogen (aka Jon Bender), said PHOTOGRAPHER; are protected by UK Copyright Law. I understand it is ILLEGAL to scan, copy, print or reproduce without PHOTOGRAPHER's permission, and violators of UK Copyright Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. High resolution digital IMAGE(s) will be supplied post session. I understand that images created by the photographer reflect the photographers style and brand and therefore cannot be changed. I understand that the IMAGE(S) may be used for personal use (social media, personal portfolio and home decoration etc). Any posting on social media must accompany an image credit of the PHOTOGRAPHER. This includes, all posting on personal websites/blogs. Posting on Instagram must include tagging of the PHOTOGRAPHER (@jnbe.nder.photography). Printing of the images for any use other than home use is forbidden, publication from chain labs (Shutterfly, Walgreens, Walmart, Target, Snapfish, etc.), selling, screenshots or altering images in any manner is forbidden (this includes applying social media filters). By choosing "I Agree" I will honor the above statement.
