  • "Bonita" Exhibition - Submission Form

    Exhibition Dates: June 20 to July 15, 2022
  • Please use this form to submit and pay for your entry to Art of Emotions Fine Art Gallery for its 2022 "Bonita" exhibition.

    There are 2 pages:

    • Page 1 asks you to confirm that you agree to the Gallery's terms and conditions, to specify the number of artworks you will be submitting, and to indicate your payment option. We then ask you for your contact information, a bio, and online links. When all required fields have been answered, you will be taken to Page 2. 
    • On  Page 2 , you will upload your artwork images and describe the artwork. Then you will see instructions for payment. That's it!  

    Tips: 

    Required fields are marked with a red *.

    You will see an option to save your progress on the form and finish it at a later time. You will be emailed a link to continue.

    If you are having trouble submitting the form or moving from Page 1 to Page 2, please ensure you have checked or answered all of the required fields. Thanks. 

  • Terms and Conditions

    Before you begin, please review the guidelines, terms, and conditions for this exhibition found on our website.  Then confirm that you have read and agree to them.

  • Number of Artworks

    You may submit images for up to three original artworks at a cost of $15.00 CDN per artwork 

  • Payment Options

    The Gallery offers two ways for you to pay for your submission. Please choose one. 

    1) PayPal or Credit Card using the checkout option at the bottom of this form - please make sure to use info@artofemotionsgallery.com email address for your transaction.

    2) By Bank E-transfer: Please send your Interac e-transfer to info@artofemotionsgallery.com  If you need to set up a security question and answer, please email us the details in advance. 

    For us to consider your submission complete, we need to receive payment on or before the submission deadline of June 18, 2022.

    Admittance to the show is entirely at the discretion of the gallery. Payment does not guarantee acceptance. No refunds for the work that was not accepted.

  • Upload and Describe Your Artwork Images

  • In this section, you may upload up to three artwork images, one for each original artwork.

    Image Requirements: 

    • When photographing your artwork, be sure to include only the artwork. Crop out any mats and frames.
    • Images must be in .jpg or .jpeg formats only.
    • All image files should be less than 3MB in size.
    • Artwork images should be less than 2000 px on the longest side.
    • Rename your files to help us identify them later and connect them to you.  Include your name at the front of a file name. Some examples:

      MarySmith_01_SunsetOnLakeWobigon_24x24_oil.jpg
      MarySmith_02_SunshineSketches_10x8_mixedmedia.jpg
      MarySmith_03_Loons_12x12_watercolour

    Instructions:

    For every image you want to upload, first click Choose File and find the file you'd like to upload on your computer.

    You will see a preview of your image and just above it an Upload button. Click it to attach the image to the form.

  • Final Step

  • You have indicated that you will pay by bank e-transfer. Please submit this form now and then proceed with the bank e-transfer. When the Gallery has received payment, we'll consider the submission complete and ready for review.
