LONG-TERM ACCOMMODATION

To be eligible for long-term accommodation options a minimum of 30 nights' stay will be applicable.

We cater for mining, engineering, construction, work-from-home and any other long-term accommodation need occupations.

Tailormade quotations can be made to include laundry, cleaning, lunch packets, breakfast and dinner.

All accommodation is subject to availability and other bookings.

Room One has an en-suite bathroom that consists of a bath, shower and a toilet.

The room consist of an extended-length queen size bed, vanity and coffee station. Wi-Fi is available for all rooms.

BOOKING DEPOSIT & CANCELATION POLICY
BOOKINGS
- Accommodation is payable per person per night. The guesthouse sleep 10 persons. The family apartment sleeps 3 people. The main house is available on special request for groups. An additional 10 persons can be accommodated at the main house, adjacent to the guesthouse.
- Included with the self-catering accommodation at the guesthouse and family apartment is electricity, cleaning services, a fully equipped kitchen, an entertainment area, ise (if available from the ice machine), linen, towels, and firewood (fair usage is free).
- It is the responsibility of the parents/guardians to safeguard their own children. The owners and staff will not be held responsible for any injury/death that may result from any usage of our facilities.
CANCELLATIONS
- Reservation canceling is free of charge up to one week before booking. In the event of cancellation at short notice the following will apply:
  
  - More than 48 hours and less than one week in advance – 50% of the deposit will be reimbursed
  - Less than 48 hours in advance – 0% of the deposit will be reimbursed
INDEMNITY, TERMS & CONDITIONS
I and/or any other person in our group acknowledges that we enter the farm at own risk;

I am further aware that there are wild game animals on the farm which can be dangerous and in addition, I have been informed that there are dangerous animals like buffalo, and snakes on the farm;

I understand that right of admission on the farm is strictly reserved by the farm owner and further understand that should the farm owner and/or hunting outfitter direct that any guest is no longer welcome on the farm, that such a person will vacate the property immediatly;

I (and any of my guests) hereby undertake and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the farm owner and/or any of its employees, against liability and against any/all proceedings, claims, damages, interest, cost and/or expenses which may result from any accident or injury or loss to myself (ourselves) or my (our) belongings;

My personal information will not be published or disclosed to third parties;

I (we) grant permission to use my (our) name and photographs in all marketing activities, free of charge (unless such permission was specifically excluded in writing by the guest, and such exclusion was acknowldged by the owner and/or outfitter);

I (we) hereby acknowledge the cancelation policies and confirm that I (we) will be held liable for any cancelation terms stated above;

I (we) hereby acknowledge and confirm that I (we) have read the rules and regulation as provided to me (us) by the farm owner and further that I (we) fully understand the content thereof and I (we) acknowledge and understand that I (we) will be held liable should I (we) fail to adhere to these rules and regulations.

I undertake to provide the rules and prices and the booking form to the other members of our group.

I confirm having received the game animal and accommodation prices and undertake to pay same prior to departure.

I accept liability for the group of persons to adhere to the rules of the farm, as provided, adn make payment in terms of the price list, as provided, and/or any damages.
I (we) understand, that should it be necessary for the farm owner to institute any legal proceedings against me (us) as a result of my (our), stay, I (we) consent to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate’s Court of Kimberley regardless of the claim amount and where the booking form is signed, as the booking, must still be accepted and confirmed, which will be done at Kimberley before the booking is finally confirmed and as such should it be necessary to institute legal proceedings against me (us), I (we) also consent to payment of all legal costs of the Farm Owner as on a scale as between attorney and own client.
