35 flyers will automatically be printed for your event:
- 30 flyers will be delivered to OSILD to be hung up on lower campus
- 5 flyers will be delivered to Residence Life to be posted in the residence halls

Additional flyers can either be full sized (8.5"x11") or quarter sheets (5.5"x4.25"). Extra copies will be delivered to your mailbox.

Display Board Reservation
Display boards can only be reserved for a maximum of two weeks prior to your event. Display boards for a specific event date can be picked up in the Resource Room. Display board availability is first come, first served.

OSILD student staff will place display boards around campus two weeks prior to your event and collect them once the event is over.

Each display board requires one poster to be printed. Posters must be formatted to 24x36" - you cannot upload an 8.5x11", you will be asked to resubmit.

Each poster is $8.50 and will be charged to your organization's budget.

A re-print of flyers/posters due to a mistake on your submission may result in a penalty fee of $7.50.
