Confidentiality: Honor School (HS), Honor Godin, and all facilitators working with (HS) agree to keep client’s identity and personal information confidential. All information shared by the client will be kept confidential by (HS) & Facilitator and will not be shared with anyone, including family members unless the client gives written permission. Information will only be shared with family members in the event a client is in a life-threatening situation.
Responsibility & Liability: I understand that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve all areas of my life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation. I acknowledge that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporating coaching into those areas, and implementing my choices are exclusively my responsibility.
I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my physical, mental and emotional well-being during my coaching calls, including my choices and decisions including any injuries resulting from diet or exercise recommended by (HS) and Facilitators.
I understand and agree I am fully responsible for my own well being and I am responsible for any injury, emotional distress or any other complications that may arise from coaching with (HS) and (HS) Facilitator and/or suggestions or recommendations by (HS) and (HS) Facilitators.
I am aware that I can choose to discontinue coaching at any time, as can (HS) & Facilitator, at their discretion. In order to protect my privacy, after I terminate my coaching work with (HS) and Facilitator, all correspondence with Facilitator will be deleted from the files.
Session Times and Length: Client agrees to keep scheduled phone, in person or video web call appointments. Client and Facilitator agree to be on time and prepared for their scheduled appointment. Session length may vary. Session length may be from 10 minutes to 75 minutes depending on the length of time it takes for client to embody their next upgrade. Client pays per session regardless of the amount of time session takes. (HS) and Facilitators may and often do COACH BY THE MINUTE.
24-hour notice from the client is required to cancel or reschedule a session unless there is an agreed-upon emergency. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice are charged 50% of the session.
Session Etiquette:
- Client agrees to be 'coachable.
- The Facilitator will ask questions for the client to answer to the best of their ability. These questions will require the client to stretch beyond their current level of comfort and reality.
- Client agrees to “be their word” and keep their commitments. If a commitment is broken then a “recommit” and a “new outcome” is stated.
- 'Homework' assignments may be given by the Facilitator to the client and homework is to be completed before the next session or as agreed to by client and Facilitator.
- This type of “work” can bring up old beliefs and emotions. Client agrees to and commits to taking the agreed-upon action steps given by Facilitator.
- The session and agreement can be nullified by either party.
- I agree to generate my own evolution and I utilize my Facilitator to support this.
Payment: Payments are to be received by the facilitator 24 hours before the start of the session unless a prior mutual agreement is in place.
Refund Policy: Choosing life coaching is a profound choice. It's important that you are fully aligned. Making sure this system of coaching is aligned for you is important which is why we offer one free coaching session. If you sign up for a coaching package, a full refund is available to you after the first session if you choose not to continue with coaching. To receive this refund, you must notify Honor School in writing within 24 hours after the initial session. Failure to do so will forfeit your opportunity for a refund.
One-time sessions are non-refundable.
