Please complete the following form if your student organiztion plans to sponsor a trip for the campus community.
Trip Proposals must be submitted to OSILD at least 2 weeks prior to your trip date or the event will be cancelled.
The Expenditure Breakdown below is where you will list all costs associated with this trip. This should include transportation costs, ticket costs, reimbursements, and anything else the student organization will be paying for. Each of these expenses should be on a separate line. To add an additional Expense, please click the "+" button.
Student organizations may subsidize up to 75% of the cost per ticket. All tickets must be put on sale at the Student Center Information Desk. Educational conferences, workshops, and planning/leadership retreats may be subsidized up to 100%.
Typically, the two trip Advisors and the student coordinating the trip do not need to pay for a ticket. Consider this when compelting the anticipated income portion of the form below.
