Miss Missouri Volunteer Princess Statement of Understanding

Please complete and sign where appropriate to acknowledge your agreement and understanding of the following.
As the parent(s) of First Name Last Name , we are submitting her registration for approval as a participant in the Miss Missouri Volunteer Princess Pageant. We will ensure that our daughter will conduct herself in the proper manner at all times. We agree to abide by all rules and decisions made by Miss Missouri Volunteer, relative to the “Miss Missouri Volunteer Princess Pageant.”
I understand and agree that my entry fee does not cover any/all lodging or transportation during the pageant weekend. I am responsible for these costs.I acknowledge that my daughter will be at least three years old and no older than 13 years old by the finals of the state competition on January 3, 2026.All princesses must be potty trained!If my daughter is paired with the contestant that wins either Miss Missouri Volunteer or Miss Missouri Teen Volunteer, I understand that my daughter must be six years old to attend the national pageant.I understand that attending the national pageant will be our choice and we are responsible for these costs if we choose to go!I give permission to Miss Missouri Volunteer to forever use my photographs, speeches, testimonials, videos, etc. for purposes and future use without compensation. I give permission for these images to be used on social media.I understand that all Miss Missouri Volunteer Princess titles are not binding and my daughter is free to compete in any other pageant she chooses. If appearances are available with the Miss Missouri Volunteer program these will always be optional.I understand there will be a $50 service charge for all returned checks and that all checks will be reported to the County District Attorney's Office.I understand and agree the Miss Missouri Volunteer Pageant reserves the right to change the venue, location or date the pageant is held. There will be no refunds given If the changes cause a conflict to participate, I may transfer my funds to the 2027 pageants.I agree to forever hold Miss Missouri Volunteer, its directors, volunteers, committee members and the facility harmless of any and all claims and damages due to theft, accident, loss or injury during or resulting from my daughter's participation in Miss Missouri Volunteer Princess Pageant.As the parent (legal guardian) of the named participant, I do hereby agree to abide by the rules and regulations, directives and provisions for princesses as set forth by Miss Missouri Volunteer . I represent and acknowledge that I have read this agreement regarding my obligations with respect to my daughter's participation in the Miss Missouri Volunteer Princess Pageant, non-refund of fees, etc.I agree to submit all paperwork by December 14, 2025.
