Late Arrival. If guest arrives 15 minutes or later past the scheduled appointment time, guest forfeits their right to the appointment and must reschedule for another time. A 50% late cancellation fee of the scheduled service total must be paid before booking another appointment.
Cancellation Policy. If guest chooses to cancel their appointment within 48 hours of their scheduled appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will be required before another appointment can be booked.
No Show Policy. If guest chooses not to attend their appointment without contacting the stylist prior to the scheduled appointment time, a 100% no show fee will be required before another appointment can be booked. It will then be up to the stylist as to whether the guest will be allowed to book another appointment.
Deposit Policy. A non refundable deposit is required for all extension services and will go towards the total cost of the scheduled service total.
Card On File. A card on file is required to schedule appointments and clients must have an accurate card on file at all times. If the card on file is no longer accurate, please notify your stylist at your appointment to update the card information.
Children. We love children, but that is why we think they'd be best at home. We know they won't enjoy sitting while you get your hair done, so unless they are also getting a service done, we kindly ask that you leave them at home. We try to provide a relaxing, luxury experience and request that your children stay home to maintain that same experience for all guests. If you must bring yor child to your appointment please notify your stylist ahead of time.
Professional Recommendations. We seek to provide personalized professional recommendations in regards to services and products. The stylist will not be persuaded, against their professional opinion, into providing services they are uncomfortable doing. If the professional opinion of the stylist is not respected, the stylist has the right to deny service to the guest, and the stylist will give a referral to a different stylist that may better suit the guest's needs.
Pricing Policy. Prices are always listed as "starting at", and may increase based on the needs of the guest, ie. extra color, extra time, extra foils, etc. Due to recent inflation, Haven Hair Studio will be increasing their prices once every year to keep up with the increases of professional products. We also pride ourselves on partaking in numerous continuing education programs every year, in order to provide the best services possible.
Redo Policy. We hope all guests love their hair! But on the off chance there was a miscommunication and you don't, your stylist will provide one redo service if contacted within 10 days of service. A redo service will be performed at cost of color at $20 per bowl of color needed to make adjustments. Haven Hair Studio does not provide refunds, but will be happy to redo your service if the circumstance is appropriate after being discussed with the stylist. We want to build a relationship with you so being able to communicate effectively in a stylist-client relationship is very important to us. A redo service is not applicable if the guest has made and chemical changes to their own hair or gone to another stylist since their appointment at Haven Hair Studio.
