LATE POLICY
I do allow a 15 minute grace period from the start of your appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes, we will have to reschedule your appointment, and the $50 cancellation fee will be charged. I have put this policy in place to respect the time of my clients. If I am running late on your appointment, that pushes my entire day back and causes the rest of my clients that day to have to wait. I understand things happen that are out of your control, which is why I have a 15 minute grace period. Thank you for understanding.
