  • Visual Artist Call

  • This call is strictly for Visual Artists. The Fort Langley Jazz & Arts Festival is a not-for-profit organization with a mandate to enrich cultural life in the Fraser Valley through music and art. The 2023 Festival will be held July 20– 23. We are passionate about the arts and continue to expand our festival and thus are inviting Visual Artists to apply to be a part of a fun weekend of networking, amazing music, friendship and showcasing and selling your original art at the festival's Art Zone. The Art Zone will be located centrally in the Village on the Post Office grass area on Mary/Church. It will feature a music stage, art exhibits, art workshops, art stations, demonstrations and the visual art vendor market. 

  • Deadline

    Visual Art Vendor market applications for the 2023 Fort Langley Jazz & Arts Festival are now open until June 15, 2023.

  • Allowed Media

    Oil, acrylic, watercolour, pastel, mixed media, graphite, ink, pen, pencil, photography and sculpture - metal, glass, clay, wood or ceramic.

  • Standards and Selection

    We have 10 art vendor spots available for Visual Artists to display and sell their original work at the Art Zone on July 22 and 23 from 10am to 4pm. Along with your application, we are looking for professionally presented samples that best represent your art. To apply, complete the application form and include 3 images of your work that best represent your preferred media. We will evaluate applications with attention paid to the following standards: quality of work, aesthetic appeal, price range, overall variety of submissions and genre of art or service.

  • Fees and Services

    The fee to exhibit in the 2023 Arts Market is $250 for the 22rd & 23rd of July 2022. You must participate for both dates. Your spot will only be reserved your exhibit is confirmed and payment has been received. The fee includes the following services: - Inclusion in specific promotional materials - Overnight security - 10'x10' booth space (tent, table, chairs, exhibit equipment, weatherproofing supplies and displays are the vendor's responsibility. Display must fit into the allocated space. - On site festival liaison
