PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS IS AN APPLICATION ONLY and does not guarantee acceptance for a vendor space. You will be contacted if you are approved or denied due to being a duplication of same type vendor category. Vendors are reserved on a first come first served basis and after being accepted PAYMENT SECURES YOUR SPOT. Any vendors who do not confirm acceptance of their application and pay their vendor invoice within 5 days of being invoiced will lose their space and the next business who submitted an application will be offered the vendor spot. Invoices will be emailed to all approved vendors with a dealine of acceptance/payment. If you have not recevied an invoice you do not have a reserved vendor spot.
Please note there will be no refunds or no rain checks for any vendor booths for any resons. No exceptions.
Important Vendors Information Event begins at 9am and ends approximately at 6pm on Sat and approximately 4pm on Sunday. Setup begins 1 HOUR before start time and tear down is at 4pm on Sunday. Food trucks can arrive on Friday afternoon. Vendors are responsible for all setup and tear down of booths and must leave the area clean.
The Hells Canyon Riders, the Hells Canyon JR Rodeo board, it's members or directors, or the Pine Valley Fairgrounds will not be held responsible for any liability, lost or stolen or damaged merchandise, or any injuries incured during the Hells Canyon JR Rodeo.
