Writing Program Application WFF's mission is to provide girls and young women with therapeutic writing tools and a platform to heal, create, and share their gender- and ethnic-specific narratives. H.E.R. uses art-based programming, mental health support, and leadership tools to help young women of color express themselves freely and creatively. Writing for Freedom caters to the needs of young women of color (BIPOC) who are vulnerable to racial/ethnic marginalization. This includes Black/African, Latinx, Asian/Pacific Islander, Middle Eastern/Arabic, Indigenous/First Nations people. The questions below are designed for us to accomplish our mission to serve these underprivileged groups of young women.
