In consideration of my participation in the USA T-10 INTERNATIONAL CRICKET PREMIER LEAGUE (hereafter referred to as "USA T10"), I, for myself, my family members, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns hereby release, waive and forever discharge the Cricket Council USA, Inc., its sponsors, directors, employees, agents, attorneys and assigns, participating cricket Leagues, including but not limited to, South Florid Cricket alliance & South Florida Cricket League, and the County of Broward, its elected officials, employees, agents, attorneys, and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions and causes of action of whatsoever type, whether in law or equity, resulting in any loss or injury whatsoever, whether said loss or injury results in death, damage(s) to my person or property howsoever caused, arising, or to arise by reason of my participation in the Tournament.

 I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Cricket Council USA, Inc., its sponsors, directors, employees, agents, attorneys and assigns, participating cricket Leagues, including but not limited to, South Florid Cricket alliance & South Florida Cricket League, and the County of Broward, its elected officials, employees, agents, attorneys, and assigns, from any and all claims, actions, suits, causes of action, proceedings, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities of any kind whatsoever, (including, but not limited to, reimbursement of reasonable attorney fees and litigation expenses) brought or made by any third party without regard to whether any such claims or suits are based upon tort, statute, common law and/or contract, and/or any other legal duty(s) or obligation(s) and without regard to whether any such claims or suits are based upon any alleged negligent and/or intentional act(s) or omission, notwithstanding that any loss or injury may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of Cricket Council USA, Inc., its sponsors, directors, employees, agents, attorneys and assigns and/or the County of Broward, its elected officials, employees, agents, attorneys, and assigns, which either arise out of, result from, or are in any way connected with my participation in the Tournament.

 I further understand that participating in the Tournament is inherently dangerous and greatly exposes me to the possibility of great bodily harm including permanent disability, disfigurement, and death, and severe social and economic loss which might result not only from my own actions, inaction or negligence, but the actions, inaction or negligence of others participating in the Tournament. I also understand there may be risks not known to me or reasonably foreseeable to me, or anyone else, in the future.

 I further give consent to emergency medical care and transportation in order to obtain treatment in the event of injury, as the tournament committee may deem appropriate, and I agree to accept full responsibility for the payment of all costs for same.

 I further give permission for the to use, without limitation or obligation, photographs, film footage or tape recordings that may include my image or voice for purposes of promoting the Cricket Council USA events.

 I further agree that the exclusive venue for the resolution of any dispute arising out of the tournament or this Agreement is Broward County, Florida, USA and any dispute arising out of the tournament or this Agreement will be governed by Florida law.

 ny provision or portion of this Release found to be invalid by the courts having jurisdiction shall be invalid only with respect to such provision or portion. The remaining provisions or portion hereof, shall be construed and enforced to the same effect as if such offending provision or portion thereof had not been contained herein.
