The purpose of this questionnaire is to ensure (for both you and the DeColores community) that you thoroughly understand and accept the responsibilities of a Rector or Rectoress, should you be selected. All responses contained in this questionnaire are considered confidential and will be reviewed only by members of the DeColores Ministries Board.
