    Tuesday Nov 8 7am Strength & Mobility  

    Thursday Nov 10 7am Strength & Mobility 

    **Move Wild Classes will be moving INDOORS for the winter starting the last week of November! Stay tuned for special location details, coming soon!!  **

     

    What: **ALL LEVELS 45 Min Full Body Outdoor Movement Class

    STRENGTH & MOBILITY: Stretching, mobility, mindfulness, and a spicy feel good full body HIIT circuit making you feel present, STRONG, and confident in YOU! Let’s go team! 

    YOGA FLOW: All levels Yoga Vinyasa Flow to feel centered & grounded as you connect breath with movement, letting your creativity flow.(*starting Wed Sept 7)

     Where: Bottom of Eastern Promenade between East End Beach and Portland Paddle Parking lot. (see map pic) Portland Maine 

    Price: $15  per class OR
    purchase a "4 Class Pack"  $60 & get 5th class for FREE 

    (Class packs Not valid for Special Events) 

    What to bring: Mat, waterbottle, sunscreen for those beautiful sunrise mornings & your awesome self! East End Beach Bathrooms, very close and parking lot right next to our class location.  Also available up the hill of the Eastern Prom.  

    **Get ready to feel Strong, confident in your body, have fun, and Move Wild together while enjoying that beautiful Portland Coastline.  

    **All Levels Welcome- I am a lover of modifications to progress or regress the movements for how you are feeling in the moment!

    Will be continuing Outdoor Movement Class until its wayyy too cold, but guarenteed through at least the end of October. Wild Ones yay!!
