Thank you for your interest in the Change & Transition Strategist Professional Training Program. In this letter you will find an orientation to the application and admissions process.
The Change & Transition Strategist Professional Training is a comprehensive program that will ask for your wholehearted commitment of intellect, wisdom, emotional capacity, and considerable time. We ask that each person who applies carefully considers the extent of the work required to complete the program and agrees to take full responsibility for their well-being for the duration of the 18-month training. It is our intention to create a strong learning community and to that end, we will be selective in the admissions process.
We plan to accept 24 people into the training. We are looking for candidates who have significant professional experience; whose personal essays show qualities of resilience, perseverance, emotional stability, and psychological insight; and who have openness to feedback as well as interest in inner and outer growth and development.
You will see that we ask some questions that are personal in nature. Please note that your responses to all the questions in the application will be held in confidentiality.
The process for acceptance into the program is as follows:
Completion of this application
Approval by the screening committee, including an interview with one of the committee members
Attendance at a Changes & Transitions Workshop
Applications are due by December 2, 2022 with decisions emailed by January 27, 2023.
