Authorized signer and Food Vendor Booth participants hereby agree to hold The Vail Preservation Society, the sponsors, and the Officers, Directors, and members of the same, harmless from any claim arising from the Participant’s entry, acts, or omissions in said A Colossal Fourth event, or out of any accident, injury, or damage involved therein, including, but not limited to, attorney fees and Court costs. By submitting this application, signer and participants agree to abide by all A Colossal Fourth event rules.

Make a one time donation to the Vail Preservation Society

*A Colossal Fourth sponsors are exempt from Booth fee

1. Booth Vendor fee is $75.00*. We must have your entry form with payment no later than June 1, 2019.

2. Booth spaces are 10’ x 10’. There is no electricity to the Booth spaces. You must supply your own generator, tent, table, and chairs.

3. Cooperation with Block Party Officials is mandatory
