    Please write a description of what you have in mind for your next tattoo. This is what you want to see subject matter wise, anything specific that you would love to see. This can be a brainstorm list of different elements you want to use but don't know how to put together or an overall description of the specifics (roses and skulls, birds, gypsy lady head, statues, flowers, anchors, cats, things that make you happy, etc.). With large-scale designs we have room to bring your ideas together, don't limit yourself. At the end of this form you will be asked to upload 5 reference photos of images you like. These are required. I am a visual person and these really help me make sure I fully understand your likes and preferences. These can be tattoos I have done previously or general images of subject matters you like. Additional references can be emailed or brought with you to the in-person consult. For now, please just send the required 5 photos.
