    Application for the hire of The Forum Theatre for a Private Event

  • Alcohol

    As we are not licensed for alcohol which has been purchased elsewhere to be consumed on the premises, bag checks may be in place upon entry, any such drinks will be removed from patrons by our staff and can be collected at the end of the evening.

    Anyone suspected of being under 18 seen consuming alcohol who can not provide valid ID will also have their drink confiscated.

     

    Food

    Please note that the Forum has no facilities for any food to be prepared on site.
    No food must be left at the Forum after the event and the hirer retains the responsibility for removal of food immediately after the event.

     

    Attendees

    Tables will then be set accordingly to fit the number you have entered above.  Maximum number will be 200 (20 tables of 10). For functions with under 100 people, the room may be divided accordingly so as not to seem so large. 

     

    Stage Facilities 

    Please note if any of these are required ie lighting and sound, this will incur additional charges which will be discussed with you before the event is confirmed.

  • Some events may require the use of door staff, which will be rechargeable to the hirer.  We will advise you if this applies to your event.

     

    Any damage caused to any equipment or fixtures/fittings or should any specialist equipment be required for cleaning as a result of actions by hirer or their guests will be paid for by the hirer.
