Weekend & Summer Field Trips

Thank you for your interest in organizing a field trip at the Cade Museum for Creativity & Invention. We strive to provide a unique and motivating experience for all guests. Please note that the completion of this request form does not guarantee your reservation. Upon receiving your request, we will review it with our program department and you will be contacted to confirm the details of the trip. Your reservation will be secured when the Field Trip Contract is signed and the deposit has been paid.
All weekend and summer field trips must be booked, with a signed contract and deposit payment, at least 2 weeks prior to the date of the field trip.

For Explore More Field Trips one adult/chaperone for every eight youth are required at no additional cost. Additional adults/chaperones may attend at a cost of $10 each.
