Dedicated Consultant focused on growing and sustaining chapter membership (priority to emerging chapters) through the execution of recruitment activities, chapter members training and development of supporting resources (for staff, alumni volunteers and chapter members). Expected outcomes include not only short-term membership growth, but also creating a culture of sustained recruitment success and the chapter realization that successful recruitment is driven by quantity and quality simultaneously.

Recruits, interviews, initiates and trains new members (Chapter is involved in these activities with guidance, management and/or direct influence of Consultant).

Facilitates the execution of new member on-boarding for SAE Fraternity and SAE Financial & Housing, as necessary.

Identifies, communicates obstacles and diligently deploys resources to eliminate threats to chapter growth and the sustained culture of recruitment success.

Documents and forms living recruitment strategy in the spirit of recruitment best practices and playbook for implementation at other campuses/chapters and/or FSC

Chapter Development staff and SAE F&H staff from a sustainability standpoint.

When appropriate, Consultant will assist existing Chapters with significant membership decline and/or recruitment despair.

Training and involvement of alumni volunteers, faculty advisor(s), house director and other staff (both FSC and F&H) as needed for chapter success.

SAE Financial and Housing will provide room and board while on site (may be hotel/motel, chapter housing or alumni sponsored housing. Meals could be chapter meal service and/or prearranged per diem style).

The Recruitment Consultant will live-on site while working with F&H properties where feasible for maximum effectiveness.
