About Turn Up Broadcasting

Turn Up BC is a positive and expressive creative arts platform for young people. We are passionate about young people, we aim to help them find their strengths through expressive creative opportunities. Whether that be through our production company, event or school sessions. We aim to give young people the tools they need to make active change in their communities.

Our organisation was founded by a group of young industry creatives who have a vast network of existing entertainment and education connections. Through discussions with young people, teachers and talent in the music, television, and film industries. We recognized the need for more highly engaging creative programmes through our
founder's personal experiences with poorly funded educational art programmes and opportunities in deprived regions.

About The Let’s Create Jubilee Fund

The Let’s Create Jubilee Fund aims to support voluntary and community groups to develop creative and cultural activities as part of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations in June 2022. The Fund has been created by Arts Council England (ACE) with funds from the National Lottery. EECF is administering this grants programme. Organisations based in Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets and City of London.
