All items are required to be brand new, clean, and must not contain any odors whatsoever. Items must be free of lint or hair of any kind.Not all items are compatible with our machinery and/or decoration methods. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we determine that we cannot complete it successfully.Garments provided by customers will NOT be replaced or reimbursed if damaged during the decoration process. We strive for no misprints or mistakes but occasionally there are unforeseen problems with printing or human error which may cause items to be misprinted or damaged. Providing your own garments is 100% your own risk.Neither the cost of the provided garment, nor the cost of the decoration (including setup fees or other invoice charges) will be reimbursed on items that are deemed damaged or misprinted.
