Things you'll need before you start an application:

-A regular customer account on clearmindcasting.com (Please do this immediatly after if not before)

-Authorization from the business owner to sign this agreement

-A digital copy of your business license and piercing license if applicable

This is a two page application. It shouldn't take any longer then 15-20 minutes.

Clear Mind staff take approximately one week to review all applications.

If you are approved as a wholesaler your regular customer account on our website will receive upgraded privileges and you will be allowed to shop from our private wholesale collection.

Wholesale Agreement

Products shall be sold by Clear Mind to Distributor (you) at the prices as listed on clearmindcasting.com on the date of sale with the below Volume Discount.

5-9 Ear Weight Pairs	30% Discount on Retail Price
10-15 Ear Weight Pairs	35% Discount on Retail Price

Products under this agreement shall have a minimum sale price as listed on the clearmindcasting.com website. Clear Mind will make a best effort to notify Distributers if prices change.

The Distributor shall not offer any discounts in excess of 30% of the price as listed on the clearmindcasting.com website without written consent from Clear Mind.

Through this agreement you are granted exclusive rights to sell our product within a 60km radius from the address submitted previously.

These exclusive rights to sell do not include direct sales through Clear Mind to individual persons.

Distributor (you) will promptly inspect the Products upon receipt at Distributor's facility to determine whether any Products included in the shipment are in short supply, defective, or otherwise not in conformance with the order.

Within 2 days of receipt of such Products, Distributor will notify Company of any shortages, defects, or non-conformance, and Company will promptly replace such Products free of charge, any freight and shipping costs related thereto will be Distributor's responsibility. The Distributor will return any Products being replaced.
