Things you'll need before you start an application:

-Authorization from the business owner to sign this agreement

-A digital copy of your business license or piercing license. (Documentation showing you are operating legally as a business within your country/state/province)

This is a two page application. It shouldn't take any longer then 15-20 minutes.

Clear Mind staff take approximately one week to review all applications.

A wholesale purchase must be made within 10 days of this agreement being signed or the signee forfeits all benifets as designated in the agreement.

Wholesale Agreement
Products shall be sold by Clear Mind to Distributor (you) at the prices as listed on clearmindcasting.com on the date of sale with a discount of 40%.

(Sterling Silver and Gold Items are currently exempt from this discount and are to be negotiated separately.)

Products under this agreement shall have a minimum sale price as listed on the clearmindcasting.com website. Clear Mind will make a best effort to notify Distributers if prices change.

The Distributor shall not offer any discounts in excess of 20% of the price as listed on the clearmindcasting.com website without written consent from Clear Mind.

Through this agreement you are granted exclusive rights to sell our product within a 60km radius from the address submitted previously for the period of this agreement.

These exclusive rights to sell do not include direct sales through Clear Mind to individual persons.

Distributor (you) will promptly inspect the Products upon receipt at Distributor's facility (address previously submitted) to determine whether any Products included in the shipment are in short supply, defective, or otherwise not in conformance with the order.

Within 2 days of receipt of such Products, Distributor will notify Clear Mind of any shortages, defects, or non-conformance, and Company will promptly replace such Products free of charge, any freight and shipping costs related thereto will be Distributor's responsibility. The Distributor will return any Products being replaced.

This agreement takes effect on the date of acceptance by Clear Mind for a period of 12 months. At which time the Distributer will need to email Clear Mind to extend their wholesale account privilages and continue opperating under this agreement.

Should the signee or signees company not make a purchase within 10 days of acceptance of this agreement by Clear Mind the signee forfeits all benifits as designated in this agreement including the exculsice territory, pricing structure, and replacement policy.

To make a purchase please email clearmindmetals@gmail.com with the inventory you wish to purchase along with the quantaties and an invoice will be sent to you. Upon review of the invoice a minimum 50% deposit is required upon which time your order will be processed. Upon shipment the remaining balance will be due.

Other benefits of working with Clear Mind as a wholesale Distributer.

- Wholesalers are given the opportunity to purchase new designs first before being listed on the website.

- 5 piece minimum order requirment.

-Wholesales are given opportunity to customize orders with minimal or no extra charges, including nano ceramic plating and resizing. (Custom orders are exempt from minimum order requirments).

-Purchase orders over $750 CDN are eligible for a free display.

Any items under 1 year old (from date of wholesaler purchase) are eligible for free repairs should a pin break or a delicate element get caught and snap.

-Wholesalers will be displayed on the Clear Mind website (clearmindcasting.com) and on our social media.
