I, the undersigned, recognize that my participation in any of the listed volunteer categories is strictly on a volunteer basis and therefore, no insurance against bodily harm is provided for me. I understand that some rescued animals may have been abused, abandoned, or just downright grumpy. Therefore, I appreciate that there will be a degree of risk when working with these animals.

Iagree to release Texas Pawprints from liability for any and all animal bites, injuries,

illnesses, or damages incurred during my participation as a volunteer.

Additionally, I waive any and all claims and liability against PetSmart Charities and PetSmart related to this Adoption Program (Texas Pawprints).
