  • Cancellation Policy:

     

    Appointments are non-cancellable if within 48 hours. Cancellations/reschedules need 48+ hours’ notice via phone to avoid fees ($75 regular, $750 surgeries). 

    For help, seniors/disabled can skip the form but must e-transfer payment and arrive 20 mins early. Non-payments may be reported to credit bureaus. Ask us about veterinary loan options if needed.

    No guarantees:

    We provide treatment according meeting or exceeding standards of care but, as in human medicine, no guarantees can be made regarding the outcome.

     

    Behavior:

    Any incidence of client aggression, being rude, harassment of any type, yelling or bullying may be shared with previous and subsequent veterinary clinics as necessary for safety.

    Non-Refundable:

    As with most vet clinics, any consultations, medications, diagnostics,
    treatments or other items are not refundable.

    Terminating Files:

    SKVH reserves the right to close a client's or patient's files at any time.
