Refund Policy /Make-up

Full refunds apply when the withdrawal of a student is received in writing One week prior to the start of any lesson. Should Ultimate Starz find it necessary to remove a child from a class, a refund will be issued after a deduction is taken for classes already attended. A $20.00 processing fee will be applied to any refund issued. No refunds will be issued after the beginning of term or session & No refunds will be issued for failure to attend a make-up class. Classes missed without prior notice are not eligible for make-up class. To inquire about a refund, you must submit your request in writing to ultimatestarzfootballacademy@gmail.com.

Cancellation Due to Inclement Weather

Compensation for the cancelled days will only be issued in form of training coupons, valid until December 13, 2024 to all Ultimate Starz Football Academy training sessions except Tournaments. Coupons will be issued to the name of the participants pro rata to cancelled camp days and can be used for Aberdeen and Tuen Mun . No training replacement will be made. Coupon cannot be exchanged,refunded, replaced or redeemed for cash or payment of account.

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement

I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by ultimate Starz during the selected camp. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by Ultimate Starz ., I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless Ultimate Starz and all its coaches from all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected camp sessions.

In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against Ultimate Starz including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all sports activities, including Football. Some of these injuries include, but are not limited to, the risk of fractures, paralysis, or death.
