The Release of Liability and Waiver is REQUIRED for all those using Mighty Jungle Indoor Playground (C & L MacDonald Inc.). Those under the age of 18 must have the agreement completed and signed by their parents or legal guardian. By using the equipment and property at this facility, all guests of Mighty Jungle Indoor Playground (C & L MacDonald Inc.) are bound by the Facility Rules on the premises (also listed on the website) and this Release of Liability and Waiver. By completing this Release of Liability and Waiver, you will give up all legal rights including the rights of you and your child(ren) to sue or claim compensation following an accident however caused.
