Digital File Storage. I understand that the Photographer will keep my images on file for 60 days after the gallery is delivered. After this time, the Photographer is not responsible for the storage or potential loss of the digital files. that I purchased these images from Photography by Krista White -I acknowledge that I can upload these photos on any social media platform (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) as long as I give credit to Photography by Krista White - (please tag me in the post or image if I am on that platform, if I'm not on that platform, I will include Photography by Krista White in my post comments.)Artistic Integrity & Editing. I agree that I will not edit, crop, or apply filters to the photos on any platform. I understand that I have hired the Photographer for her specific artistic style and that she retains final creative control over the editing and selection of images.I acknowledge that I CAN NOT use these images for commercial purposes. If the images are needed for commercial use, please contact Photography by Krista WhiteI release Photography by Krista White from any claims, liabilities, and obligations in regard to obtaining or using these images.Personal Print Rights. I acknowledge that I may print these images in any size for personal use only. I am responsible for verifying that the image quality is sufficient for my requested print size. These images may not be used for commercial purposes without written consent from Photography by Krista White.I understand that all photographs are property of Krista White and can be used in any media, now hereafter, and exclusively for the purpose of marketing, unless I have specifically selected the Privacy Option below.I understand that the person signing below is representing all parties that are being photographedI understand that my deposit is nonrefundable and can not be transferred to another person or date ,However, if the Photographer is unable to perform the session due to illness or emergency, all unearned fees (including the retainer) will be returned to the Client."I understand that Krista White is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business.Preparation & Outcomes. I have received and understood the Preparation Guidelines (clothing choices, clean faces/hands, and timing). I understand that if these guidelines are not followed, the Photographer is not responsible for the final outcome of the photos.I understand that I have hired the Photographer for their specific artistic style and that the Photographer retains final creative control over the editing and selection of images.Standard editing includes colour correction and light retouching. Extensive editing, such as body slimming, head-swapping, or background removal, is not included and may be subject to additional fees
