I understand that I purchased these images from Photography by Krista White -I understand that I can ONLY print these photos for personal use.I acknowledge that I can upload these photos on any social media platform (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) as long as I give credit to Photography by Krista White - (please tag me in the post or image if I am on that platform, if I'm not on that platform, I will include Photography by Krista White in my post comments.)I understand that I CAN print these images in ANY SIZE (please verify that image quality remains in requested print size).I agree that I will not EDIT or apply a FILTER in anyway to the photos on any platform or before printing.I acknowledge that I CAN NOT use these images for commercial purposes. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business.Preparation Guidelines: You have received and understood all information provided by the photographer regarding the preparation for your session, including but not limited to:Recommended clothing choices, clean and ironed clothing, dirty and wrinkled clothing will not be edited, : Importance of clean hands and faces (free of eye goo and food, this will not be edited out) Suggested timing for the session (e.g., time of day for optimal lighting) Being on time for your session to ensure a relaxed experience and avoid being rushed, Ensuring that children are well-rested for the sessionResponsibility for Outcomes: You understand that if the preparation guidelines are not followed, the photographer cannot be held responsible for the outcome of the photos. This includes, but is not limited to, issues arising from clothing choices, cleanliness, timing, and the overall readiness of participants.
