Approvals are sent on a first come first serve basis. We get a high volume of Accessories (gold plated / silver) and Custom Cups - Tumblers. To keep the market fair we will only allow 2-3 of each category.
PAYMENTS:
Friday Night Vendor Fee is $55. If approved payments must be made within 24 hours of approval. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your spot.
CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS:
Due to a high number of vendors canceling day before and or day of event. Any cancellation Thursday-Friday will result in loss of vendor fee. You will NOT be refunded or credited for a futu event.
VENDOR CONTRACT / TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
I am participating at my own risk at the scheduled date and time I have selected at 1301 S Bristol St Santa Ana Ca 92705
-I am aware of all the requirements, certifications & permits I need to possess to operate my business in the City of Santa Ana, CA.
-I will follow all rules laid out by Friday Night Munchies inside and out and will be responsible for any damage I may cause to said venue/or property. I am aware an invoice for any damage that occurred will be sent to me.
-I am aware that selling items not listed and/or unapproved may result in me not being able to stay for the duration of the event and may be banned from future events regardless of payment being made.
-All displays must be safely constructed with weights. Secure canopies, poles, tarps, signs, display materials, and merchandise at all times.( Straight poles canopy only, no slanted poles). If my vendor booth were to fly away and cause damages to someone or something I the vendor will be held liable.
-I am aware I must arrive and set up before 5:30 pm and take down after 10: 00 pm.
-Spaces are approximately 10x10 and both canopy and merchandise must fit within the boundary of the assigned space.
- Shared spaces must be approved by Management (All vendors must apply and agree to vendor terms)Additional fees are applied.
-I am aware that there may be a similar business/category as mine.
-I am responsible for keeping my space clean and free of debris. ( An invoice of $50 will be sent if trash from my business is left behind, proof will be sent via photo)
-No Alcoholic beverages, tobacco, narcotics, Marijuana, and/or weapons will be permitted on premises, if caught with said items you will be asked to leave and be banned from future events.
-All vendor fees apply to the date/s selected and approved. Fees are non-refundable. RAIN OR SHINE. Absolutely no changes
-We reserve the right to deny & terminate service or participation to any business/vendor even if dues have been paid to Friday Night Munchies
-Space requested are request only and not guaranteed unless you are a permanent vendor. Permanent vendors must attend all scheduled events.
- I will NOT solicit other vendors, recommend markets, or promote any other events apart from FNM during Friday Night Munchies hours or on/site of FNM.
- I agree that I am self-employed and Friday Night Munchies is not my employer, employee, or independent contractor.
-I will obey the State of CA regulations about the prevention of COVID-19.
Friday Night Munchies and the organizers are not responsible for any injury, theft, damage, or potential negative outcome to me, my helpers, my family, my vehicle, or property from Friday Night Munchies. I am solely responsible.
Prohibited items
1. Drug-related paraphernalia.
2. Ammunition, flammable, explosives, fireworks, or other dangerous items.
3. Pornographic or adult-themed merchandise.
4. Merchandise being counterfeit trademarks or merchandise that infringes on copyrighted designs or materials.
5. The sale of pets or animals.
6. Pharmaceuticals of any kind
7. Fortune telling, palm reading, biorhythms, spiritual counseling, handwriting analysis.
8. Tattoos and body piercing.
