THANK YOU for helping us say Cheers to nine (9) years of the Southern Delaware Wine, Food & Music Festival!
MINIMUM VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

As a volunteer, you must be over 21 years of age. You will be asked to work a minimum of 6 hours. You will be scheduled to work for 3-4 hours on Friday or Saturday morning. All volunteers will also work for 1/2 the time of the festival. You are free to enjoy the other half of the festival when you are "off" duty! If you have server experience you make be able to choose to work the VIP wine tasting dinner the night before! You need to be in good physical condition and able to perform necessary tasks including lifting and standing for long periods of time.
WHAT TRAINING IS REQUIRED TO BE A VOLUNTEER?

There will be a volunteer orientation meeting at the venue prior to the event. This is to assure that volunteers have a general orientation to the event and know what roles and responsibilities you will have on event day.

VOLUNTEER COMMITMENT

I agree to be a volunteer for the 2025 Southern Delaware Wine Food & Music Festival. I acknowledge and agree that activities are performed strictly voluntarily, without pay or compensation. I agree to comply with the rules and regulations established by Creative Coastal Connections Corp. I understand that I am committing to the tasks and duties assigned to me. I understand there are dedicated times assigned to me to enjoy the festival.

I am aware of the nature of the activities to be performed as a volunteer and I recognize and understand there are certain risks and I accept those risks. I agree that all volunteer activities are performed at my own risk. I understand if an accident/injury occurs, no matter how minor, I will complete a Volunteer Injury Report form and seek any necessary medical attention using my medical insurance. On behalf of myself and my respective heirs and personal representative, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Southern Delaware Wine Food and Music Festival, Creative Coastal Connections Corp and Schell Brothers Foundation ; its officers, directors, and volunteers from and against any loss, damage, claims, liability, costs and expenses of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to, attorney’s fees and disbursements arising from or occasioned by my activities as a volunteer for SoDel Fest.

I agree that CCCC may use my image for displays, advertisements and/or other public relations. I hereby release any such images/photographs for use in its programs, publications and purposes. I have read the above waiver and state that I understand it and that I am voluntarily signing it without any inducement or representation from any member of the SoDel Fest event staff.
