Wine/Spirit/Beverage Participation Agreement
This agreement outlines the expectations for participating Wine / Spirit / Beverage Sponsors at Rotary Club of Weston Food & Wine Festival.
Services & items Provided by Wine / Spirit / Beverage Sponsors (at no cost to Rotary Club):
Setup: Be fully prepared at the venue at 5:45pm.
Beverage: Provide tastings of your beverage(s) for up to 400 attendees.
Menu: Submit your items [Sparkling, red wine, bourbon, etc] by Sept 1st.
Tableware: We will provide a 6' table, black tablecloth, shot glasses, mixed drink glasses & each guest will have a wine glass.
Serving Equipment: Bring ice buckets, spittoon [for wine tables], serving utensils, etc.
Promotion: Display a tabletop banner or retractable sign -Your choice of display for your products. NOTHING to hand on any walls.
Offer menus or flyers for attendees to take (promoting your restaurant).
Staff: Provide two servers (21+) present throughout the event.
Required Documents:
*Signed Wine / Spirit / Beverage Participation Agreement form.
*High-resolution logo for event marketing materials.
*Copy of your liability insurance.
*Copy of your business license.
Announce your participation through your social media channels & we will promote your labels on the Rotary Club of Weston Social Media channels.
