Please note that the average promotion request is expected to be placed a minimum of 3 weeks out from your promotion start date, NOT your event date. For all outsourced projects, please allot an additional 2 weeks. This allows our team to accomplish projects in a timely manner, order the correct supplies, and fulfill requests before the event.
