Exhibitor Application
  • Join us in celebrating BIPOC Mental Health Awareness Month this July at a vibrant community gathering that unites mental health providers, service organizations, and healers. Our goal is to reduce barriers to care, bridge gaps between professionals and the community, and promote mental wellness for diverse populations.

This healing festival blends community, culture, and mental health care. Attendees can enjoy lunch (while supplies last), win prizes, engage in cultural experiences, connect with therapists, and enjoy entertainment.

    • Exhibitors: Share details about your services, referral process, insurance options, and available programs to connect directly with the community.
    • Sponsors: Provide financial or in-kind support to expand outreach and visibility. Engage attendees through educational booths, giveaways, or sponsoring key event elements.

Your participation helps increase access to mental health care and foster healing in diverse communities.

  • Exhibitor vs. Sponsor

How will you be participating in the fair this year?
  • At the BIPOC Mental Health Fair 2025, we offer two distinct opportunities for participation: Exhibitor and Sponsor. Please review the differences below to determine the best fit for your organization.

    Exhibitor

Exhibitors are organizations, businesses, or service providers looking to showcase their products, services, or resources to event attendees. Exhibitor benefits include:

✔ A designated booth space for engagement and promotion
✔ Direct interaction with community members and potential clients
✔ Opportunity to distribute materials and provide demonstrations

    Sponsor

Sponsors provide financial or in-kind support to help make the event possible while gaining enhanced visibility and recognition. Sponsor benefits include:

✔ Featured logo placement on event materials, signage, and promotions
✔ Verbal recognition during the event
✔ Complimentary exhibitor space (if desired)
✔ Additional promotional opportunities to speak during the event

By selecting either role, you are contributing to the success of the BIPOC Mental Health Fair 2025, fostering awareness, and increasing access to mental health resources for our community.
