Great! You've decided to give a gift to yourself. This is the registration form to sign up for the Sts. Simon & Jude (SSJ) Men's Weekend, scheduled for Saturday, September 10th and Sunday September 11th.

The staff at SSJ and other SSJ members are busy at work preparing for your participation. There is no cost to you for this weekend. Prior participants have paid this forward for you.

The weekend starts on Saturday promptly at 8am- sign in starts at 7:30am.

We're meeting at the Ayres Hotel near Brookhurst/Slater in Fountain Valley.

We have a room booked for you for Saturday evening at this hotel.

We'll start on Sunday at 8am as well and should be finished by 3:30pm. Everyone attending the weekend is encouraged to invite their family to attend the Sunday 5:00 PM mass at SSJ with them. We will have a special recognition for the weekend participants.

Please note that during the weekend, if and as required, we’ll follow Health Protocols as provided by the Diocese of Orange currently in place. That means that we will practice, as needed, good airflow and ventilation, social distancing in seating, and facial masks may be used. Please use common sense, take care of your health, and be concerned for the health of others.
