    It seems no matter how much we think we are prepared, Halloween, Thanksgiving & Christmas really test our capabilities and sanity! Imagine if there was an educational and fun workshop & shopping experience to offer tips, tricks and tools to truly master this stressful time. There will be Christmas Family Photos available, card making class, Halloween decor ideas, Thanksgiving Apps to impress, dealing with the in-laws workshop, DIY costumes, etc. Best part will be the on-site vendors, like yourself! We have local entrepreneurs and artisans selling their handmade goods that could fall under any of the 3 holidays. Halloween: front door spooks, home decor, etc Thanksgiving: place mats, recipe book, fall decor, etc Christmas: Any handmade good that could be a wonderful gift and minimize the hectic last-minute Christmas shopping. Fill the form below to participate in the holiday focused exhibition, Saturday, September 24th 10:00am - 5:00pm at Hampton Inn, 1500 Riverstone Drive, Coeur d'Alene. You will have a 6 foot table and 2 chairs. Otherwise, please bring your own product display necessities.

    Event Sponsor You will receive two 6 foot tables. You will be able to have signage by each directional sign in the Hampton Inn as well as at the welcome/check in. You will also be able to provide marketing materials and flyers at the entry table that will be given to each guest. On the Facebook Event page, You will have your company listed and linked to your website. You will also have your logo included in the Coeur d'Alene Press Newspaper advertisements.

    Host a Workshop Host an 1 Hour Workshop teaching any of the following: Halloween decor, or Costume DIY, Thanksgiving Centerpiece, Place Cards and/or decor. Christmas Card Tutorial with supplies for guests to create, as well. Any of the 3 season appetizer, entree, side or dessert tutorials with samples and printable recipes for each guest to take with them. Other topic ideas: How to deal with the In-Laws, or other stress-inducing company over the holidays. Solutions for Holiday burnout. Gift Wrapping Ideas, DIY Christmas gifts, decor, Holiday Traditions Ideas, etc As a Workshop Host, You will have a designated location to put on your workshop and a 50 minutes (5 minutes on either side of your workshop for setup and questions). You are responsible for supplying guests with a handout that has the recipe, instructions, tips, or advice that your workshop is about. You will also need to provide all of the supplies, samples, visual aids or promotional items, if needed. You will have a vendor table for the remainder of the day to sell products & services. As a workshop host, you get to interact with the guests in a more in depth and substantial way. Your workshop and logo will be listed in the print and digital marketing. This is a wonderful marketing and relationship building angle to take advantage of.
