Terms and Conditions:
All work must be handmade, not from commercial kits, franchised items or imported products.
Submit 3 pictures of your original work, plus one booth shot.
Booths are sold as 10'x10' spaces:
- Interior booths are $50 (10' of exposure on one side, booths behind and next to you)
- Corner booths are $65 (10' of exposure on front and one side, 1 booth behind and next to you, 24 available)
- Wall booths are $65 (wall for display behind you, 10' of exposure on front of booth, booths on either side, 22 available)
- Corner booths on the wall are $75 (10' of exposure on front and one side, wall for display behind you, booth on one side, 7 available)
- Can purchase a second booth as needed, not discounted.
- Tables, Chairs and Electricity are available for purchase:
- Rent one (1) 8ft table and two (2) folding chairs for $15.
- Electricity can be added to your booth for $15.
- Bundle electricity with one (1) table/two (2) chairs for $25.
Professional booth/canopy/setup is required. Professional signage is encouraged.
Liability insurance is your responsibility, it is not required but is highly encouraged. The event is not responsible for product or equipment loss or damage.
For your comfort and enjoyment, the following amenities are available:
- wifi
- parking
- restrooms
- food trucks
- booth sitters
- load-in/load-out help
We will advertise on social media and local news outlets. Makers should share the event to encourage their followers to attend!
There will be 6 demonstration spaces available. If you are chosen as a "Demonstrator" we will provide an additional 10 foot of booth space adjacent to your sales booth. This will give you room to work on your projects while the crowds are gathered. We want you to be engaged with the customers while you entertain them with your talents!
Submitted images may be used for advertising/promotion of the event
Failure to adhere to juried items/categories and event policies may result in refusal of future applications.
