Completing your application
Please ensure all information submitted in this form is accurate and truthful. We reserve the right to re-select a recipient if the information submitted is untruthful, misleading or inaccurate. Please ensure that before you submit, you have the authority to commit to an event on behalf of the organisation.
Selection criteria
Bamboozled reserves the right to select the successful application in its discretion. In selecting an applicant, we are looking for groups and organisations that support the WA community at large and who have a genuine need for funding. We welcome applications from all non-profit organisations, and will consider all genuine applications.
Application period
Applications must be submitted before 31 July 2026. Following the closing date, our team will review applications and determine which organisation it will support this year. All applicants will be notified by email of the outcome of their applications.
Successful applicant
If selected, your organisation will receive Bamboozled's full fundraising package for up to 150 guests. This includes a fully-hosted 3 hour multimedia quiz specifically geared to fundraising, including PA, answer sheets/pens, promotional materials, and fundraising/event assistance. You will need to book a suitable venue with screen facilities on site, and sell your own tickets (we can assist you with venue options and will help you promote through our channels). If you would like to have more than 150 guests you're more than welcome to, but there will be a charge from us to cover the additional resources. You can include raffles, a live/silent auction, and fundraising games. The quiz date will be selected between us and you, taking into account our availability.
